How to get Rip-off Revenge

sent $170 to GLE inc with the order form. never got my goods :( They encourage you to send cash, as they claim to package and ship cash sales same day. There should be a mention in their order form to register your mail. They claim no logged record of my order, then said they dont track orders?!

At the end of the day, they did reply to my emails, and maybe they didnt recieve my order, but my guts tells me Im not the only one this has happenned to.

I have pasted the emails below, so you can make your own mind up. The following email text starts from the latest one.(scroll down and read from the bottom up)


I need the tracking # to show payment arrved. If you sent a money order I would be asking for the confirmation from the provider that it was cashed. Since you sent cash, I am unable to do so and than am asking for your tracking # to prove we received your order as I have no record of it arriving.

When did you request MY tracking No?...you never did (read the entire contents of this email if you like, but i know you won't). I sent my payment to you as per advice in the web form of your websites. Your form does not mention i needed to provide you with a tracking number of my order, although i wish i had now. Can you just trust me that i sent your money, and talk to your management so you can honour my order, I was planing on being a long term customer. I still have not posted anything negative on the relevant websites, and if you sent me my goods that ive paid for, i will post a positive comment to counteract the other negative comments out there, even after all this mucking around. I can send the reciept i got when i exchanged my money for USD, but thats all the proof i have. Please, if you send me another email that leads me to another brick wall, our correspondance will be over, and ill know my money has been wasted. Chris

I have checked our log and I show NO ORDER from your name. How am I RIPPING YOU OFF? Thast is why I asked you for your tracking # that shows your order arrived. When you told me 6 weeks had past, I checked our log and I show no mail orders at all from your name. What that means is that it probably didnt arrive. Please send me the tracking # for your delivery so I can confirm it made it here, and then I can give it to management and they can override so we can reship. As of now, I show no record of your payments arrrival. If you want to blame postal fraud on us, than I am not sure what you expect us to do. I can track to see if your payment was received and your item shipped, and I cannot locate it at all.
